went for netball training as usual. today dint really do much REAL kind of training. we did loads of physical training. something lyke la. we did cruntches ( dunno how to spell ), sit - ups, train arm muscles. whoa. really very pain. haha. now hand aching again. so jennifer ziqian and sarah and loads of other peeps right. have gone on holidays or something. LOL. coach says that when they comes back. they will get HELL training from her. LOL. i dunno. she said tougher ones la. cos we this holidays keep going back mahs. hehez. oopx. =X
so glad.. haha. then me erwani and alicia doing ball work training keep luffing lyke siao. OMG. this the first time i luff so much. again. haha
then we went to pp to hav lunch. then we went window shopping. and its totally cool. cos we really LUFF !! so happy that day. haha. then after that in the afternoon went ter ivan;s hse then played MJ. LOL. haha. then yiru and ivan dunno. i teach ivan until wanna tu xie !! hahaha. XD . but we had LOTS OF FUN !! wani kept playing the com. then on this wink that has this woman luffing damn loudly la. haha. then we kept luffing. then we were lyke really playing in the room. inside dun have er.. lyke QUIET QUIET kind. we all LOUD LOUD and NOISY NOISY de. ahahahah. so fun !!!!! so great to be with them. haha. LOVE YIRU WANI AND CIA MUCH MUCH !! ^^
